The Plenary Session is a new addition to this year’s event and will take place on the Saturday morning of the conference from 10.00am – 12.00pm. This session will focus on the necessity for the community pharmacy profession to develop a broader scope of practice in the future and to be fully engaged in the wider health system. In this two-hour session, Daragh Connolly, President of the IPU; Charles Normand, Emeritus Professor of Health Policy and Management, Trinity College Dublin; and Thomas E. Menighan, Executive Vice President and CEO of the American Pharmacists Association (APhA), will address attendees. To find out more about the Plenary Session speakers, visit the Speakers page here.

A raffle will be held at the dinner in aid of the Pharmacy Benevolent Fund (PBF). The PBF looks after colleagues and their families who have fallen on hard times and need a helping hand to get back on their feet. Please give generously as the raffle is a vital source of income for the PBF. Every cent donated will be used to help those in need and you might just be lucky enough to take home a wonderful prize!
